How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, simply follow the steps below for a seamless ordering experience:
- Select the item you wish to place an order for (If size, color & variation needed, be sure to select options)
- Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your billing & shipping details and any applicable coupon codes.
- Select your method of payment - on online payment will be redirected to the appropriate website to complete the order.
- Woohoo! You've successfully placed an order. You will be able to view your order # and order details on the final screen. You'll also receive an order confirmation e-mail or phone-number at the provided by you at checkout.
Do I Need to Make an Account to Shop?
No, you do not need to make an account to shop with us. However, registering an account with us allows for a faster checkout and personalized recommendations catered to your style. You'll also be able to view the current, real-time status of your order within your account. When checking out as a Guest, we'll always give you the option to register your account in-case you change your mind.
How Do I Place an Order for a Customised Product?
We can customize your order, but customizations are not available in “Cash On Delivery orders”. Also, customization is possible only in those items where we have mentioned “Customization is possible in this item” text just below the “add to cart” button. You need to place an order and then drop us an email at contact@johnellies.in with your custom requirements within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I Change My Delivery Address or Mobile Number Once the Order Has Been Placed?
If you contact us before the parcel is dispatched, then it is possible. But once the parcel is dispatched, then it is not possible as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.
Do You Take Orders on Phone Calls?
Rarely, to avoid any confusion in the order section and payment, we do not advice to give orders on phone calls. In case you need any assistance in placing an order, then place a call to our customer service executive or drop WhatsApp Message and we’ll assure to assist you with any issues in placing the order.
I Need a Soft Copy of My Invoice for My Order. How Do I Go About It?
- If so, please add a note at that time of placing an order about the invoice.
- If you want an invoice after receiving the package, just give us a buzz and we'll email you a soft copy.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes! You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t shipped it.
- For customized products, Order Cancellation is not possible.
For Cash-On-Delivery Orders, Can I Check the Package Before Making a Payment?
All our parcels have insurance. It helps us to save the parcel from theft or change of the original item in transit. Under these insurance terms, the courier boy can only hand over the parcel if you do the complete payment. Please do not accept any package if it has tampered and the seal is broken.
When Will the Sold-Out Product Be in Stock?
Generally, we do not repeat sold-out designs. We advise you to explore new arrivals, which are generally on top of the page in respective categories.
How should I place an order in bulk for the first time?
We recommend the following step-by-step approach for ordering in bulk:
- Start with a single item: We suggest ordering one item initially to assess its quality and suitability for your needs.
- Evaluate the product: Once you receive the item, thoroughly evaluate its quality, features, and overall satisfaction.

- Order in bulk: If you are satisfied with the product and our service, you can proceed to place your bulk order with confidence.

We collect online Payments via Cashfree Razorpay, Paytm& also provide the option of COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Through Cashfree, Razorpay, & Paytm you can pay via UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets and more.
Do You Offer Any Coupons or Special Deals for Your Customers?
Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. You may sign up for our newsletter to view these special deals from time to time. However, please note that discount codes are only available on our website.
SHIPPING
I’ve Placed an Order, When Will I Receive It?
We know how important is to receive your order on time, so we have the Best Courier Partners to deliver your product to you as soon as we can.
- We have a standard delivery option in which, the product will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order.
- Depends upon the location, the product will be delivered to you, The ETA will be made available to you along with your Tracking Details.
- If you placed an order for a Customized Product, then it will take an extra 5 to 7 days to manufacture the product.
*If you don't receive your order in 7-10 Days, please email us with all the details. we will get back to you at the earliest.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once we ship the order, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can click on that and track the order.
How Much Will the Shipping Cost Me?
We offer free shipping worldwide. There are no hidden charges.
Will I Have to Be Personally Present to Receive My Order?
Our shipping partner will drop you a mail or SMS before attempting the delivery. We recommend that you receive the order yourself. If it is not possible then you can ask your family member or neighbor to receive the parcel. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.
I Wasn’t Available at the Time of the Delivery, but I Want My Order. What Do I Do?
Contact our customer service executive, and we will resolve this. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
What Should I Do if I Miss My Delivery?
We understand that you can’t wait at your delivery address all the time, and that is exactly why we will try to attempt delivering your order thrice; each attempt on a consecutive day. Thus if you have missed the delivery, please do not worry, we will try to make an attempt again.
RETURNS
When Do I Get My Exchange Shipment?
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will dispatch your exchange within 2 days from our warehouse.
Can I Return the Product to the Delivery Person if I Do Not Like It?
Please don't do that! We have a very flexible policy where you can create a return request on our website in the “My Account” section or you can call or email our customer care team. To avoid any confusion or delay, our courier partners are advised not to accept open packages.
